What made you go for that turbo dan

[/quote]

They are a popular turbo in Australia and US amongst legacy/liberty owners, wasnt interested in spending over 2000 grand on a scoobyclinic or litchfield twinscroll turbo, when these are proving popular lately. Lad in finland is making over 400 on his legacy with one

went for a blast in the RS and gave the wrx to my brother, told him to sign up on here aswell :scoobydoo:

Very decent off ya Johnny
Wish my Brother would do that for me
Was it hard to let go :hairdresser: :hairdresser: :hairdresser: :hairdresser:

it was like loosing a ball  :falldownlaugh:

Got a big scare on the way home, was joining the m50 giving her a bit of boost to stretch the legs and boom, big bang and the engine cuts out! Pulled over quickly and jumped out assuming the worst another engine failure. Turns out one of the skinny ass turbo xs supplied t-bolt clamps snapped and the pipe popped off one if the pipes. That's the second one in 6 months. Piece of sh*t clamps. Time to invest in some decent ones.

Lucky I have one spare that should hold.

Those clamps are sh*t

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. I think that's why they failed. Need to find some stronger ones

Simple job today (or so i thought ) 2 bulbs needed replacing , number plate and front parking light , number plate one took all of 2 minutes then the drama started , removed washerbottle neck and tried to get my hand in to quarter turn the bulb holder to get at the bulb out, lets just say my hands were not designed to get in there , so after 15 minutes of cursing and swearing i had the bulb in , what a pain in the arse , what a sh*t design to have the bulb up tight to the slam panel .

Also finished fitting the wheel nuts from Colms group buy , much better looking than the ones that were on it
snow foamed and washed , dried , de-tarred , clayed and a coat of polish , few nice bits coming together over the next week 2 also

New battery fitted as my own was knackered, really quick turn over now. Also removed boost controller to help funds for Alcatek ecu
