What did you do to your car today?

Slow peace is more enjoyable than high speeds here. My opinion :)
 
These arrived today so I can go back to using standard sized handbrake shoes with the Brembos. I'll hopefully get them fitted over the weekend or early next week.

out with the old, in with the new :)

Got there rear coilovers fitted today, relatively easy when you have access to car lift and air tools etc







Probably need to raise them about 10-15mm

Dan are they the Meister R coilovers that can be got over on UkLegacy? I've been considering a set of them. Have you any idea what the ride is like on them?
 
Yep they are Meister R zeta-R. I only fitted the rears today so too soon to tell. They seem like decent quality. And getting good reviews. I'll let you know once I get them broken in and geometry sorted.

Kind of urgent thing. Need oil sump washer. Meant to change grarbox fluid today, bit shortly before I attempted, I realized that I need that washer. Same type as for egine oil. Near Arklow the best. I will be at Bray this evening as well, around 7. Weekend is only tome when I can do some jobs at car so thats where this urgency is from. Can be Contacted at mobile 0862087608

Is it? Was talking to subaru mechanic and he said to me they are same. On diffs they are different. Thats what I was told. Shite.
Where to get that organised? Or is it that type that you can flip around and it will do untill another fluid change?
 
Different part number.

May it squeeze on. Maybe.

Any local motor factors and try match up with a copper washer may be best bet if stuck urgently imo.

Passed the NCT with the Nur Spec and 1 cat. Happy days.

No extra work needed, only down side its every year now.

Changed ATF today. She is changing gears like she is new :) not that it was very problematic but she was not so smooth.
And for record, it is same type of washer as it is on engine oil sump plug.
Happy day.
 
Dave, I didnt meant "for record" thing to point anything to you. Sorry if you felt so.
It was for future purpouse and for other users.

Ps: new ATF was red but old one was dark brown. Anything to worry or those come In different colours? There was nothing on magnet plug so I am happy but not sure about fluid colour.
