Throttle body cleaned with carburetor cleaner and gave Her a bit of harder drive. Will check emission on Monday. Hopefully problem solved and ready for test.
 
Covered it in zip wax. Started buffing away happy out, then a shower of rain :angry1:. Took me ages to finish it. My sholder is f ing killing me!
 
did a test paint of one of my spare wheels with Pasti Dip matt black paint. went from this:

Not a huge difference but ill cover up a few scuff marks on mine, probably do both sets if the winter ones turn out ok. Going to clean and spray my old 17" standard wheels tomorrow, stuff is pretty easy to use and if you don't like it or mess up, you can just peel it off. just make sure your wheels are clean before you start

This is a intresting,
Most mornings are the same for me,
I get home from work after a hard night of reading all the forms.
good point, full if ideas bad point none ever work :lol:

I got two tins of spray paint, one for doing the sti logo on the intercooler,and the 2nd job is the break cailapers.
tryed the intercooler and failed i need to do out a better templet so next try will be a better one, going to go make up a new one and i will post photos when i have it all done.
 
went up sallys gap in it
first drive in a good while
really enjoyed it
car was spot on
even had a tourist taking photos and giving me the tumbs up as I drove past :subaru:

pretty smooth to be honest, few small specks on 1 wheel where it blobbed out of the can, but apart from that, looks pretty good. totally reversible too which is good
 
While that paint wear well Dan? How about cleaning? Might be interested.
