I've just washed my key in my work pants by mistake . It came out spotless. Is it totally destroyed. Iv put it on the radiator to dry out.

As above bag of rice and over a rad or hotpress and should be ok

Would recommend to take it apart to let let the moister out as can take a very long time to dry properly if kept assembled during drying.... the Rice jar works or else even just to be in the hotpress... but... take it apart to allow water to evaporate out of the inside.

It's working perfectly well now that it's dried out.
The strange thing is that the remote hasn't been working previously but now is 100% working.
Figure that one!

Did the same thing with mine. Dried it on radiator with bag of rice and working no bother after. Those keys ain't cheap.
