What did you do to your car today?

You could get a really mean asshole in the tax office that wont approve it until the exact date of manufacture. Which if its December you'd have to wait until December of 2027 to get the cheaper tax. I've heard stories of that happening. Other people go in in January and no issues regardless of the date of manufacture. Just depends on who you get at the counter.
