TD05 20G already bought. Toying with the idea of a stoker or just keep it 2 litre. Not sure yet.Great to see progress and hoping you get it back soon.
Re engine - 2.1 stroker kit with a Garrett turbo. Can't go wrong there
Difference in price between a 2L and a stroker is not huge. I would highly recommend a stroker having had a stock EJ207. It sounds different and it goes like snell! without any of the drawbacks of a 2.5L. Good fueling/exhaust/air in coupled with someone who really knows how to map them and it will be a reliable workhorse.TD05 20G already bought. I thought the 2.5 had lots of problems? What about going the kettle route ? 2.5
If the right spec they can be good and reliableI thought the 2.5 had lots of problems?
You have to put too much money into them to get them semi reliable and they are not worth it. Leave them to the yanks to get the one or 2 runs on the rolling road for a big figure print outIf the right spec they can be good and reliable

not sure what your hearing but there’s no sound difference between a 2.0 And a 2.1 it’s just a 2.5 crank with shorter rods So makes a longer stroke unless I’m deaf ( which I am ) but Iv never heard a difference All to do with headers and exhaustDifference in price between a 2L and a stroker is not huge. I know exactly what you mean Hassen and it’s not imagination
They do Rev different and not everyone can pick it up , the overall sound is the same but you can tell the engine rpm picks up differently, the mechanical sound is definitely different
Not 100% bare metal but wire brushed down a bit. I'll attach a picture. It was pretty clean and in good condition underneath surprisingly.Very nice , did he go to bare metal?
