Shock absorber help needed ASAP

Absolutely shocking. I don't know how some people have face to meet their customers after dragging a job for 4 years!?!?
I've customers ringing me that lm 30 mins late lol
 
Sorry, I shouldn't have posted that, heat of the moment thing.
I don't want to put any businesses under the spotlight or give them bother .
But yeah it's frustrating.
I will post again with hopefully positive news soon .
 
It's irrelevant who it is tho, whether it's a professional business or someone doing it from home, 4 years is taking the mick.
If they can't do it, or don't have time, just admit it.
No point in dragging it out like
 
4 years is far, far too long. If it's with the fella I'm thinking of, you aren't the only fella that he is "doing" engines for, for multiple years.
As the lads have suggested, give him a ring and get your engine/car back. If he's not entertaining you, get a solicitor involved.
