What did you do to your car today?

Air bags payed for and ordered so time to get that done now first and get the front mount pipes and air tank powder coated and the wheels and all the stainless steel bits in the engine bay

Insurance finally sorted for the new car. Roll on Saturday when I pick it up. I'm like a little child on Christmas morning thinking about it

No not an s2000. Tried for 2 weeks to get insured on one. Nobody would even consider insuring me on one. Hardest car I have ever tried to insure by miles.

I will stick up a picture of what I decided to go for when shes home :)

Bought a used power washer that has been used only twice, gave the car a good wash as there was muck all over the skirts and doors. Only an electric washer but just powerful enough to remove dirt and not paint.

finally got a new handle for my roof vent courtest of dave @ RSR . fitted and all . good to have it active again after months of it cable tied closed .rollon the summer

ps , have the bracket there which holds handle to roof/vent if any use to anyone with a broken one .

Hi Dan, was that as an additional policy to your daily?
Did they mirror the policy no claims in that case?
AXA is one of the few who will give you a 2nd policy and copy your NCB to the 2nd policy.

You can transfer your insurance between two cars you own, but they will only do this a couple of times and then they will refuse and tell you to get a 2nd policy. This happened to me and how I ended up with two policies for a while with AXA... worked out ok money wise due to the "policy mirroring".

If it is only the odd time to move the 2nd car around and not worth a fortune where you want full cover, you could transfer it into somebody else's name and then you can drive it under your 3rd party extension.
