spot on Chara. Another car stolen. Its getting rediculous now. Im a member of other sites and everyday its another car stolen. Which begs the question....if a performance car is stolen do the guards really care? I mean, to them its one more "boy racer" without a car and off the road isnt it?

Thanks for all the replies lads, :thumbsup: got in touch with the recovery crowd a while ago and they told me that the car had been cleared by the police but I cant collect it until Monday cause there was no1 in the office even though I rang back when they told me to. The guards did say it hadnt been crashed and was just found sitting at the side of the road, fair play to them for picking it up so fast when it hadnt even been reported, first I heard of it was when they rang me to tell me they found it. I've no idea what the interior is like, would say all my stuff is gone including a 2 month old €400 mp4 player. Guess I will find out on monday what the full story is but all the guards in the station can tell me is that the ignition is damaged. And no idea who took it as it was just abandoned :dunno:

I'll be praying till monday that its ok :pray: :pray:
 
Unfortunately even if they do find out who took it they'll probably only get a slap on the wrist :angry: should leave em alone in a room with you and some kitchen untensils for an hour :lol: hope to God they didn't damage anything else besides the ignition, and I know it's a few bob but ye can always get another mp4 player...let us know soon as you get her back Monday :pray:
 
hope its all intact on monday man hopefully you will get away with a new ignition and door lock, i remember i had to borrow 500 euro for my alarm at the start its just the first priority when we get these cars to try to detere the scum, clifford are great and k9 are the cheaper alternative, proxemity sensor usually sends them away to look for an easier car to take.. :thumbsup:
 
they probably ran out of motion lotion and didnt want to go near cctv in a garage :dunno: :dunno:

Sorry to hear this Blacklegacy.

Would recomend getting the clifford with blackjack,tilt switch and motion sensors.Fergal in Motovation done mine.Wasent cheap but well worth it.Have motion sensors set to the highest and know as soon as someone comes into the garden.Bit 2 sensative when heavy rain but not getting out of bed at 03.30 to go down and start trying to reset.

YES it is usual for them to examine the car when recovered.
when i got mine back it just the ignition that was fooked,nothing worse than that :thumbsup:

thats bad luck is theft of subarus a common problem in dublin? will door locks and ignition lock of a 1994 legacy fit your car if so i have a set i will send you a full set free of charge it might ease the pain
