I live out the country and there is a group of scumbags going to houses at random at night time demanding cash and if they dont succeed they try to push you out of the way to get into your house

it saddens and annoys me to see ppl having to take such measures to protect what is theres. i installed intruder alarms and camera systems for a few years and have seen the sh*t ppl have to go trough mentally and finacially. the advancement in car security has led these little wasters to go to extraordinary lenghts to get the keys and what ever else they can get there hands on. when caught they should be stripped of the freedom and everything that they own

That's great news getting sorted.
I had my 98 turbo stolen from Stepaside a while ago too. I hope there isn't a trend starting in this location. Found a couple of weeks ago by Mountjoy Gardai. They took it to a compound where they carried out a full tech exam (finger prints, etc...) They seemed to put up about 100 miles on the clock and the only damage was a broken drivers window and some small paint chips along with the majority of the contents gone...! Anyway, it all seems to be running well and hope to get it checked out during the week to make sure.
Glad you got her back and back on the road so quickly.
