The new seat.

Ah I see right, yeah I got the weekend and enjoyed her a bit, got the Clifford fitted and that so for the rest I was hard at work. Knackered now so excuse my stupidity. I'll stick a reintroduction over the weekend.

[/quote]. If you run a turbocharger beyond it’s compressor efficiency range, it will turn into a flame thrower. When you push a turbo beyond what it is capable of doing, then the turbo may generate more boost pressure while over-heating the air charge to a point where it becomes dangerous and brings the engine closer to the detonation threshold.
Just wondering is this related. :dontknow:

would be thinking it was more to do with the ecutek remap where "over-run" was installed , allowing for "mild" pops and bangs !

this being at the end of a pull with more pressure built up , which ensued with some flamage ! only copped it as all three mirrors lit up my rear perifirial field of vision ! tried it again with less successs

installed a apexi pencil turbo timer and a boost gauge today. not sure where to put the turbo timer yet so its under the radio at the moment .

on a cold and icey morning ,pulled out of the drive ,cruising up the rd 30ish kph , warmin her up and checking roads for ice and grip , notice a car cuming up behind travelling too fast for the conditions imo . i pulled out of a off camber crossroads junction , lost a little traction but nothing to write home about , however the pug 206 estate tried to match my manouvre :icon_biggrin:

last glimpse i got of him in my rear view was him wrestling with the steering wheel , and most likely facing the wrong way by the time he stopped . funny out .

and hopefully scared him to slow down .

really glad of the awd grip/traction /controlability in these cuming months .

:subaru:

gonna attempt window tints today.
last time it ended in me being wrapped in the shite stuck to a tree.... hmmm.

Drove mine today for the 1st time since last thursday as i was driving a camper van and what a morning to get back behind the wheel :icon_headbang: :subaru:

..... Appreciated it!! :)

Put my winter wheels and snow tyres back on last weekend... And glad I did as the roads up in Rounwood were lethal this morning... A couple of moments... But such capable cars!! Roll on the snow!!

Fitted a V6 Bumper with lip, its in a bit of a state and need to be sprayed and I'm not sure if I prefer the old bumper

Goodman Jamie

What are winter / snow tyres like on a dry day ??

As in...... you have your winter tyres on now , which are well needed but tomorrow
it could be lashing rain and 12 degrees and on Saturday it could be sunny and dry :dontknow: :dontknow:

Im just wondering are these tyres great in the snow but shite on dry roads etc......

Niall.
